o/' FLASH! Ah-ah! o/'

I swear, that song is going to be stuck in my head for the rest of my life! :) We went to look at CDs today (finally! *yippee*) and I got a LOT of CDs with my graduation moolah, and one of those CDs was a single with Flash remixes (Queen + Vanguard [?] - I suppose Vanguard remixed it, but it's kind of hard to tell by the liner notes). The remixes are fantastic! There's a radio mix and an extended mix, which is comprised of three different remixes. Confusing, no? But it makes sense if you listen to it. :D So anyways - that is one addictive song. I'm sure I'll wake up tomorrow morning with o/' FLASH! Ah-ah-ah! o/' looping around in my head. Anyway - it's a cool song, with some absolutely spangly remixes. Ah-ah!

Look what I've been doing with my free time!

No, really! OK, stop laughing. Please? C'mon, I thought they looked pretty cool! Well, I'm going to continue thinking that they are, in fact, super-spangly. Because they ARE!

You see, "cartoon dolls" are quite popular online and I rather enjoy looking at the little pixellated masterpieces people make. I've made a few myself using "bases" that the nice lovely doll people allow drawing-challenged people like me to use (I can draw clothes and hair relatively well if I concentrate on it, but I can't draw doll bodies for beans. So like I said, I use pre-made bases by generous doll artistes), but don't really plan on posting them anywhere. However, I was inspired to create and eventually post Queen "dolls" because... oh come on, like I really need to give you a reason? ;)

I'm going to try to create a bunch of little Queen dollies, but I've started with Freddie Mercury because I wanted to. So there, nyah. :P My favorite (although with only two, that doesn't really leave room for choosing "favorites", does it? ;) ) is Bo Rhap Freddie Mercury. But I quite like how Diamond Leotard Thingy Freddie Mercury turned out, too! Please don't display them on your site (as if you'd want to! ;) ) (yet) because I'm going to wait to post those dolls as well as the as-yet-unmade other "dollies" on my A Night At The Opera fanlisting, if that EVER gets approved. Then you can adopt them and link to the fanlisting. That doesn't make much sense, does it? Erm... sorry about that, I'm quite sleepy and really need to get to bed, and ah-ah! Ev'ry man ev'ry woman ev'ry child with a mighty FLASH!

Oh bugger! It's NEVER going to get out of my head!

Cheery bye, Scarlett

Scarlett (of lunaestas.com)'s weblog. A silly blog with no deep thoughts or "musings." I just post thoughts and observances that amuse me, and I hope will amuse someone else! :) (Fastidious & Precise - a lyric from Queen's song Killer Queen. No, the lyric has nothing to do with anything, I just thought it sounded nifty!)
