*twiddles thumbs*
I've got absolutely nothing to talk about. It's quite sad, really. I can't think of anything interesting, or even anything boring. It's been a fairly uneventful day. :/
...
I've been listening to Ofra Haza's Ya Ba Ye single (and despite being produced in 1989, the remixes are quite good, contrary to my belief that most 80s-early90s remixes are a bit pig dootish) and because I've been listening to it while I've been doing web stuff, and haven't actually been listening very closely, every time she says
Ya bin tiI think she says
Yeah, mintyIn itself, it's a funny thought ("Yeah, minty"), but then put into the context of the song -
My mother always told meBut with my "lyric", it becomes
Ya bin ti
My mother always told me- it's pretty funny. Now, please do stop laughing at me, because I know she doesn't say "Yeah, minty". :) It just sounds like she does if you're not listening intently to the song, and it tends to crack me up. :D
Yeah, minty
BTW, the Ya bin ti bit is in Hebrew, which is why I don't know what it means in English. Certainly, it's not about mints.
Well, I hope that was amusing.
If it wasn't, then this is sure to amuse:
*snickers*
Now wasn't that fun? :D
Cheery bye, Scarlett
