*twiddles thumbs*

I've got absolutely nothing to talk about. It's quite sad, really. I can't think of anything interesting, or even anything boring. It's been a fairly uneventful day. :/

...

I've been listening to Ofra Haza's Ya Ba Ye single (and despite being produced in 1989, the remixes are quite good, contrary to my belief that most 80s-early90s remixes are a bit pig dootish) and because I've been listening to it while I've been doing web stuff, and haven't actually been listening very closely, every time she says

Ya bin ti
I think she says
Yeah, minty
In itself, it's a funny thought ("Yeah, minty"), but then put into the context of the song -
My mother always told me
Ya bin ti

But with my "lyric", it becomes
My mother always told me
Yeah, minty

- it's pretty funny. Now, please do stop laughing at me, because I know she doesn't say "Yeah, minty". :) It just sounds like she does if you're not listening intently to the song, and it tends to crack me up. :D

BTW, the Ya bin ti bit is in Hebrew, which is why I don't know what it means in English. Certainly, it's not about mints.

Well, I hope that was amusing.

If it wasn't, then this is sure to amuse:

*snickers*

Now wasn't that fun? :D

Cheery bye, Scarlett

Scarlett (of lunaestas.com)'s weblog. A silly blog with no deep thoughts or "musings." I just post thoughts and observances that amuse me, and I hope will amuse someone else! :) (Fastidious & Precise - a lyric from Queen's song Killer Queen. No, the lyric has nothing to do with anything, I just thought it sounded nifty!)
