EL Wisty (Peter Cook) :)

This is just a post to let whoever's interested know that I'm still here - I just haven't blogged for ages. I'm going through hell again (I'm not being melodramatic) and haven't been able to bring myself to keep up with my websites/blog/emails. My therapist is confident she can get me through this, so if she thinks I can get better, than I definitely will. I can't wait till I can look back on this time and think "Wow, I got through that. I can get through anything". Because right now, it's a miracle if I can get through five minutes without feeling extremely anxious...

(Egret - I zipped the music files for you awhile ago but have never got round to emailing you about how to go about sending them to you... I haven't forgotten about them, I just haven't felt up to writing a proper email. I hope everything's going well with you; I've enjoyed keeping up with your "adventures" on your LJ!)
