Apologies & Request
I am so sorry for the lack of updates to the site. I can't really excuse myself - I've been very busy with university and some personal stuff, but I should have at least put up a note to explain!
As soon as possible I will update with news about Dana. I'll try to briefly recap what's been going on with our favorite Diva, though:
- Dana wrote the music and lyrics (with Shai Kerem) for Israeli Eurovision contender Boaz Mauda's entry to the contest. This haunting song is titled "Ke'ilo kan" and roughly translates to "The Fire In Your Eyes" and you can listen to it here. Boaz says in an esctoday.com interview that "it's an honour that Dana International wrote [the song] especially for me" and that Dana will come with him to Belgrade.
- Dana covered a song by Esther Shamir (who also wrote "Ot Mishamayim") called "Bamakom Hachi Namooch Be'e Tel Aviv" ("At the Lowest Place In Tel Aviv") for Avoda Ivrit 60, a 4-CD compilation of new recordings of Israeli hits by Israeli artists to celebrate Israel's 60th anniversary. You can buy the album here or download it (or just Dana's contribution) on the US iTunes.
REQUEST: Would someone like to volunteer to help me find news about Dana? I can only speak English and most of the news out there about Dana is written in Hebrew. I would so appreciate it if someone would like to help me locate and roughly translate news items about Dana! Just email me and let me know if you can help!

Updates (finally!) :)
Here's what's been going on with Dana in the last few weeks:
- The final single from Hakol ze letova is "Yom Huledet" and has received favorable reviews and placed well in the charts. No video was shot for this single.
- Pelephone, the largest mobile phone company in Israel, awarded the "most downloaded artist" award to Dana at a ceremony on December 20, 2007! Congratulations Dana!
- Dana finished off her fantastic year with lots of performances and was even featured on the cover of a popular Israeli magazine (Laisha).
I've updated a few things on the site as well, including a new layout - hope you like it! Here's some new stuff you can find on the site:
- Lots of new photos added to the gallery
- 5 new wallpapers
- A bunch of new icons
- And two new remixes I made! :)

Seret Hodi & Site Updates

I've updated the site with a few new things: a great French forum has been added to the Links page; lots of pictures have been added to the Promo Photos '07, Live Performances '07, Events, and Music Video Photos sections in the Gallery; and now you can download the 'Seret Hodi' and 'Love Boy' videos for you iPod in Media! I'd love to hear what you think about the updates, so always feel free to email me!

Updates!
I've made a special page about Hakol Ze Letova that I'll be adding to in the coming days. Right now, there's a little bit of history and English translations of the album's songs (courtesy of Nerod!). Take a look!
Over at the official forum, Nerod72's update report fills us in on what's happening with Dana at the moment!
- Hakol Ze Letova was released August 17 and is garnering great reviews and sales so far.
- "Seret Hodi" ("Indian Movie"), Dana's duet with Idan Yaniv, is being released to radio stations along with "At Muchana."
- "Love Boy" continues to be in the Top 10 on radio stations in Israel!

Album Updates & New Icons
- Hakol Ze Letova (the album, not the single) will receive extensive promotion, including magazine interviews, radio specials, and live performances.
- The album will feature a duet with popular Israeli singer Idan Yaniv.
- Nerod has kindly given us the names of some of the album's tracks, and has revealed that the album will contain 13 tracks plus a bonus.
- 'Love Boy' has now been the number one played song for five weeks on Israel's official airplay chart! Congratulations, Dana!

New album title & release date / 'Love Boy' video & success
- Check out the fantastic music video at the official Dana site!
- 'Love Boy' is a smash summer hit! It is receiving TONS of airplay in Israel and has been at the top of the charts for three weeks now.
- The album will be titled Hakol Ze Letova (הכל זה לטובה).
- Due to the huge popularity of 'Love Boy', the release date of the album has been moved from October to mid-August (musicaneto.com lists the date as August 16)!
